“Guy Code,” the show I’m working on for MTV2, premieres next week and it was all “hear ye, hear ye” at last night’s press event on the roof of the Empire Hotel. Weather was great, skies were clear and the company was perfect. So happy to have ended up with a team just as amazing as my Seveners. Below, some snaps from the evening captured through two different iPhones: Nichole’s and mine - teamwork #guycode.

I wore an Alexa Chung for Madewell blouse, American Apparel slacks, LAMB heels, mom’s belt, thrifted necklace, dad’s watch.

Today I went to visit the doctor (exactly two years from the last time I saw the doctor).  She told me my body mass index was perfect - right in the middle; that if I gained or lost 10 pounds, I’d still be considered slim enough to keep my risk of diabetes at bay.  Then the nurse pricked my finger and told me my glucose levels were also very healthy (despite my sweet tooth).  When I got to the office, I ate three fun-sized candy bars.  Am I still good to go, doc?

I should probably go the route of losing 10 pounds…  Problem is it’s the day after Halloween and my preschool-teaching boyfriend brought me a bag full of goodies.  Sweetheart…
